3. Private service and groups

The good thing about organizing a private excursion is mainly the flexibility in terms of schedule. Plus, your group will be accompanied by a personal guide during the whole excursion. Yes, indeed, in case you are coming to Gran Canary as a group (between 6 to 20 people, generally).

4. Cancellation

The cancellation policy is established by each service provider; it is detailed on your confirmation email. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the date of excursion.

Deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours prior to the activity, penalty fees will apply according to the excursion that has been booked. If you cancel your cancel within 24 hours prior to the activity or if you do not show, you will lose your deposit.

Activities take place all year round. In case the excursion is cancelled due to severe weather conditions, you will have the option to postpone it to another date or ask for a full refund.
